The Washington, DC Feministing crew is shamelessly imitating the NYC contingent and having a Happy Hour next week to celebrate Christmahanukwanzasolstieidadonyule (or just December). Whether you're a holiday addict (like me!) or more into critiquing the season and its consumer culture-ness (a conversation I'll also happily join), we hope you'll come out for cheap drinks and feminist community.

I wish there was one in Chicago too!
Well damn, I'm working that night, but hopefully will make it to the next one!
Can people under 21 come?
Folks under 21 can come to the happy hour, though you can't drink or purchase alcohol. The Science Club has also asked that anyone under 21 identify themselves to the manager at the door.
Thanks, and can you tell which metro stop is closest?
Awh, oh no, I'll be out of town - but I'll be there in spirit!
I suppose there's none in Bakersfield?
This sounds awesome! Anyone else under 21 attending?
I am! I'm 18. How old are you?
Wow, sounds pretty cool. @Wendy Notsid, looks like the closest metro is Farragut North.
